Property of the goods in this invoice shall not pass to the buyer until the goods in all invoices have been paid for in full.
買方未付清所有貨款前，賣方保留所有貨品之擁有權益。
Claims for loss, breakage, ullage or other defects must be registered with the Company within 3 days.
貨品如有任何損毀，缺少或不符，需於發票日期內三天通知本公司，逾期概不受理。
